Apparently, Quantum dot OLED monitor has a lot of competition. The display panel is a pretty new innovation compared to a regular OLED monitor, and that's why every monitor manufacturer wants to use it.

But There has to be someone who comes first, and that's our head of state, Dell.

Dell launched a Quantum Dot OLED monitor this year, also known as the alienware qd oled 34. As I'll show you later, the alienware aw3423dw qd-oled monitor boasts NVIDIA G-Sync Ultimate adaptive sync and other awesome features to match the Samsung QD-OLED display.

Only $1,299.99.

That's the most aggressive price, beating out LG's latest G2 OLED TV and LG C2 OLED TV. Here's everything you need to know about alienware qd oled.

QD gaming monitors have great color and contrast, unlike IPS panels.

LG, meanwhile, has set its LG C2 OLED 42-inch TV at $1,399.99. We think you'll never get the gaming experience with a TV again, since the gaming alienware qd-oled monitor comes with 175Hz native brightness and Nvidia G-sync adaptive sync. You'll be able to stream better and play better games. While QD-OLED gaming monitors are more affordable than existing OLED TVs.

The ideal way to enjoy media and movies is with OLED TVs, which have the most refined display, color, and quality. You can read our LG C2 OLED TV review before buying any OLED TV.

Alienware 34 QD-OLED Gaming Monitor uses cutting-edge technology that you can't get from IPS or OLED displays. It has 178 horizontal and vertical viewing angles and accurate color reproduction. Additionally, its 1000 cd/m2 peak brightness and 175Hz native fast refresh rate make it the best.

Next up is the Samsung Odyssey G8QNB, with its 34-inch QD-OLED display and high refresh rate of 175Hz. In other words, the competition will be fierce, but you also need to compare cost, display, design, warranty policy, etc., which we've discussed below.

Display Quality

Alienware's 34 QD-OLED gaming monitor uses Samsung's latest Quantum Dot OLED panel, which was debuted in 2022.

Watching stuff on a quantum dot display is an entirely different experience, since it enhances the liveliness and real-world feel.

It has a resolution of 3440*1400 pixels. Almost no factory calibration was needed for this display to get DCI P3 color accuracy and Delta E. They can produce 99 percent accurate colors. In graphics-intensive games, color and quality matter a lot.

Thus, this gaming monitor will have a peak brightness of 1000 nits and VESA-certified HDR.

The Quantum Dot OLED display, on the other hand, develops color by first extracting blue emissions from the footage. This is done by combing the emissions with red, pink, yellow, and other colors without the need for a filter. Therefore, it's supposed to have better brightness and color than a standard IPS screen.

QD-OLED gaming monitor Performance

The quantum OLED monitor is specifically designed for better gaming performance. There are some incredible industry-leading features like NVIDIA G-SYNC adaptive sync, 0.1 ms GTG (Gray to Gray) reaction time, and 175Hz native high refresh rate. You'll notice a big difference in your gaming settings and performance with the increased refresh rate.

In contrast, if you use an OLED TV as your gaming display, you'll run into interpretation issues since most OLED TVs only have a 120Hz refresh rate.

Here's something I picked for you:

Design is a significant factor to consider before buying a monitor. Just like some people like sleek, others like curved, our tastes and demands vary. Dell is giving us the most advanced design out of date with this QD-LED gaming monitor.

This alienware aw3423dw qd-oled monitor looks stylish with its curved front panel and authentic joystick on the back panel. It's got an 1800R curved panel design with a 2.0-inch ID and 360-degree ventilation to help dissipate heat. The centralized panel also makes the OSD joystick more adaptable.

Other features

There are 14 connectivity ports on the AW3423DW gaming monitor, including a power cord, DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable, HDMI cable, and USB 3.2 Gen1 (5Gbps) upstream cable. It weighs 22.86 pounds (10.37 kg) with a stand and 15.26 pounds (6.92 kg) without one.

Alienware's 32-inch gaming monitor comes with a three-year warranty. There's a 3-year servicing facility in case anything goes wrong with the screen. You can also protect your eyes from harmful blue light with features like always-on, built-in reduced blue light technology.
